Refund Policy

Because each book has a custom inscription for the recipient, there are no refunds or returns.

Damaged Goods by the Company

Rita Goldner Books takes great care in packing your books to prevent damage during transit. However, sometimes damage still occurs. Please inspect your order thoroughly upon receipt for any shipping damage. Damaged merchandise must also be reported to Rita Goldner Books within 24 hours of receipt, to receive replacement book. No cash refund.

Defective Merchandise

Rita Goldner Books inspects each book before inscribing and sending it to you. However, if you find something wrong with your book, report it to Rita Goldner Books within 24 hours of receipt for claim to be valid. All returns of defective merchandise must be approved in advance by Rita Goldner Books, and we will promptly replace any defective item providing that it is returned to Rita Goldner Books within 10 days of date reported.
